Following the instructions of the Central Epidemic Command Center (CECC), the Ministry of Education announced that schools can start the entry procedures for international degree-seeking students in Spring semester 2021.

I. Before entering Taiwan:

Apply by New Scoring Criteria for Foreign and Overseas Chinese Students to Work in Taiwan: Considering that foreign and overseas Chinese students have studied in Taiwan and they have learned Taiwanese culture and language to some extent, the government and business should first employ them to stay and work in Taiwan.
